Every chapter ends with a boss. It arrives once every other mission in its city is done.

How to beat a boss

Clear whatever it throws at you, then land a trick or a clean landing to hit it. Each hit takes a piece of its health bar. Halfway through it gets angry and adds a new attack. Crash, and RETRY BOSS starts the fight again.

Mr. Grumble's Mower

HOOD ›

Mr. Grumble, on his ride-on mower.

Throws: Garden gnomes and clumps of grass.

The Paparazzi Van

LOS ANGELES ›

The press found you, and they won't stop flashing.

Throws: Tripods, camera cases, cameras, and a blinding flash.

The Segway Guard

BARCELONA ›

A security guard on a Segway.

Throws: Rows of cones, a NO SKATEBOARDS sign and his cap.

Le Balayeur

PARIS ›

Paris's street-sweeper truck, water cannon and all.

Throws: Café chairs, arcs of water and wet streets.

The Royal Swan

LONDON ›

A royal swan, and an angry one.

Throws: Lifebuoys and puddles, then it swoops at you.

The Parade Balloon

NEW YORK ›

A giant parade balloon.

Throws: Confetti, little balloons and sandbags from above.

The Patrol Car

SÃO PAULO ›

A patrol car with its siren on.

Throws: Barriers, a flashing siren and a police cap.

The Baboon King

CAPE TOWN ›

A baboon driving a minibus taxi.

Throws: Pineapples and banana peels.

Big Roo

SYDNEY ›

A kangaroo that kicks and punches.

Throws: Surfboards, boxing gloves and bouncing beach balls.

The Mega Mascot

TOKYO ›

A giant mascot.

Throws: Plush balls and rows of mini mascots.

The Runaway Cable Car

Final boss ›

A cable car with nobody at the brakes.

Throws: Bench seats, its bell and a wall of fog.
