Common questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the Shop, go to the No Ads tab and tap Restore purchases. No Ads, the Starter Pack and Bob Bulldog are tied to your Apple Account and come back on any device signed in to it. Coin packs are added to your balance when you buy them and can't be restored.

I bought something but nothing happened.

Purchases are handled by Apple and usually arrive within seconds. If you were charged but the item didn't appear, close and reopen the game (it finishes any pending purchase when it starts), then try Restore purchases. If it still hasn't arrived, email us with the date and the item.

Is my progress saved?

Yes, on your device. It isn't synced between devices, and deleting the game deletes it. Purchases (except coin packs) can always be restored.

How do I turn off music, sound effects, haptics or screen shake?

Tap the gear on the start screen, or pause during a run. Each one is a switch, and your choice is saved.

How do I turn Daily Gift reminders on or off?

In the game's Settings, switch GIFT REMINDERS on or off. You can also turn off notifications for Kickflip Rush in iOS Settings › Notifications.

How do I unlock tricks and skaters?

Tricks unlock by collecting the letters that spell their name during your missions. Peter Punk joins when you spell PUNK in London, Ziggy Zombie when you beat the Runaway Cable Car in San Francisco, and Bob Bulldog is an in-game purchase.

Can I get rid of the ads?

No Ads, in the Shop, removes the ads between runs. Reward videos (double coins, getting up after a crash, free coins) stay optional.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

You can allow or stop tracking in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the game's Settings has a PRIVACY OPTIONS link that reopens the consent form.
